Pros
- Good and nice facilities - Easy access to the job office - Impressive Engine technology
Cons
- Really low salary. - In house tools, so all you learn there is not going to be useful anywhere else. - Bad editor tools. - NO career opportunities. It is impossible to be promoted. Each review (if you are lucky) they give you excuses or goals to try to grow. Once they are completed, they just invent new ones in order to keep it in the same place. - NO creativity at any stage of the game. They just keep doing the same over and over. - There is no passion on this studio, which means that most of the people that are working there for long time they are obsolete and they don't even try to improve or learn new things. - There is a no-official core team that decides everything and then the rest just implement their ideas. This core team is just a bunch of friends that are working there forever, so they just make decisions and force the rest to do it. Also they are close and mostly impossible to access it so usually if your ideas are not aligned with theirs, you are going to be blocked by design, art or code. - A lot of decision are made outside the meetings, which means that there are decisions made in the corridors, while smoking or having lunch. - There is a bad atmosphere. People does not like each other and usually there are lies everywhere. - Top management is bad and they try to force their ideas in the project even if doesn't fit and make sense. - There is not a clear creative direction nor guidelines for the games. - They don't care about retain talent so most of the people stays for 3 years and then leave. At the end, the ones that left usually are mediocre (there are exceptions).
