Great company to work for. - Mobile Software Engineer Gamebasics Employee Review

The atmosphere is really positive, the office is beautiful, the colleagues are talented and always willing to help. You have the option to work from home 3 days a week (assuming you work full time), which is great especially for people living a bit further away. The office got a big upgrade last year and comes with table tennis, football table, darts, pool, F1 simulator, chill areas and a nice bar for our monthly domibo. We also have regular (optional) activities such as weekly futsal and a yearly citytrip to another country which means I never get bored outside of work hours and I consider my colleagues like a group of friends. We work hard and we play hard. I think this is quite unique as we still have the informal influences often found at smaller companies where you get lots of freedom but at the same time everything is organized extremely well and we have a big lunch buffet with a special dish 3 days a week. Overall I'm really satisfied and I would recommend Gamebasics to everyone.

Not really any cons. Maybe the fact that the parking spaces are not free if you live within a certain range of the office (10, 20km?).

I've had the privilege of working at Miniclip NL for almost 10 years now, and i must say that i really like it here. The work-life balance is great, and i work with some amazingly talented people. I have always been into gaming since i was a child, and played osm during high school. Being able to work on games was a dream for me and i was very happy when i found gamebasics. If you're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented company in the gaming industry, Miniclip (previously gamebasics) is an excellent choice. My 10 years here have been an amazing experience, and I can't wait to see what the next decade will bring.

Zoetermeer is not the most vibrant city to work in (leiden/den haag is close by though)
