Pros
Was really a really great environment to work in, great people, really cool opportunities to design game features, both print and digital versions. It was pretty rad getting to know about new games before the general public, and in some case even getting to see them in action!
Cons
Not a lot of wiggle room in terms of career opportunity. It's a pretty small team, so I sort of felt like I hit the end of the road pretty quickly. As I said earlier, though – it's fulfilling work and the only reason I chose to leave was to pursue game development instead of publication design.
