Pros

-Little to no crunch -Excellent work/life balance -Ability to self-manage -No ridiculous middle-management -Access to the best tools and resources in the industry -Kind, caring coworkers -Transparent management (newer benefit) -Good salary, great health/dental/life benefits -Annual bonuses -Casual, relaxed environment -Industry leader in skill-based real money gaming

Cons

-Bonuses sometimes get paid out late and at one point were based on overall studio performance - I believe that this has been recently adjusted to better reflect individual performance -growth opportunities aren’t as prevalent as other companies and take a bit longer to happen, but we are a smaller company

Pros

Some of the people are cool to work with although a majority of them are so fake. ** I'm writing this sentence because there is a 20 word limit **

Cons

Where do I start, the company has no real direction. People are running around like headless chickens trying to get something done because the CEO wants it done. He has no real experience in the gaming market and still lives in the 90s. No one has a concrete job role here, there is so much overlap. The marketing department is horrible they make all the calls and the manager there is never in the office. Since when does a CMO focus on PR only? He's never there to ask any questions and when you do he'll spin it around on you to make the decision, if it's wrong it's your fault if it's not he'll claim the glory for it. Don't believe what you read in the news people this company pays above and beyond to be in articles and news feeds when the truth is they havnt really done anything. Anyone can pay to be in the news ever wondered why you havnt seen any of their stuff in over 6 years of development? If you have any career aspirations this is not the place for you.
