      Pros

      Low workload, which shows how the firm struggles to get clients.

      Cons

      They don't reimburse well for travel expenses. I'm often left with a bill for things I wouldn't have had to buy at home like parking or food. Leadership is poor, lots of people barking orders from the top that don't know what it takes to actually complete the work. Pay is lower than market rate.

      Work from home , nice co workers

      Cons

      Burnout culture, low pay, mega corporation where you’re a “cog in the wheel”, complex tech systems, lots of bureaucracy. If you’re a company getting acquired by Gallagher start searching elsewhere
