      Pros

      Their ethics are outstanding - they treat professional adults the way they should. Training was provided when asked. Yearly bonuses and raises were given to those who deserved them.

      Cons

      Some micromanaging was frustrating. Some Senior Producers were very condescending and had little faith in their team.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
