      Pros

      The team members were kind and helpful. Supervisors were as supportive as they were allowed to be. The clients were wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible work like balance. Some liability branches went through mergers and changes that were truly terrible. A great onboarding experience quickly morphed into a nightmare. Management was out of touch and not open to staff input and experiences. Upper management would be openly rude and condescending to managers and supervisors within earshot of staff cubicles. Behavior was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The workload and audits were unmanageable with awful explanations and communication.

      Salary was in market range.

      Cons

      Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
