Pros

830 to 430. Good food from vendors. Office location is good.Benefits are okay.

Cons

The OKC office is very unprofessional and management does not care! This office is very difficult to work in due to favortism and gossiping! They literally have team members here with blue hair, uses horrible verbiage and language. Looks and smells like they got out of bed!! Talks about team members present and past! They take bets to see what kind of clothing attire management will be wearung! Dresses like a lady of the night! Talks about sexual experiences where all can hear! Pathetic! When reporting this to management they told them and I was confronted and treated badly for reporting the behavior! What an embarassment! Looking for a new job! I need to take up smoking. This is where a lot of management s time is spent along with gossiping about others! These people talk about the clients badly and and act as though we are doing them a favor! One supervisor team member literally does her hair in her office and never arrives on time! We can not have any thing scented at our desk but if you are on the management team (which is a joke I might add) you can burn candles a fire hazard and have nasty smelling vaporizers on with strong smelling odors. If you complain you are asked to use the other door! We can't even have a heater due to fire hazards but others can burn horrible smelling candles in their office and use some of the foulist language ever heard! Very unprofessional! Management states you have to ask momma may I on all clients and states they hate their jobs on a daily basis and this is all okay! I could go on and on! Some management team members dresse in sweat pants! If you do badly in this office you have to dress professional if you do good you do not have to dress for sucess! Professional dress is discouraged! If you dress professionally you are asked by management and team members if you are going on a job interview! Your performance is talked about in front of other team members and shared with them as well! Nothing is kept confidential. If you are red for forgetting a diary you have to dress up! PROFESSIONAL DRESSING IS A TELL TELL SIGN YOU ARE PERFORMING BADLY! This behavior is driven by the management who sends out emails regularly about if you a red you have to dress in the professional clothes of shame! A ltitle backwards don't you think? Looking your best is not acceptable.

Pros

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
