Pros

You don't need to be super-skilled to be hired; if you're not able to understand what's being written here or to use a vlookup in Excel, well, congrats, you're hired! it's also preferable to have a low commercial attitude.

Cons

If you're given certain customers, you'll bounce your targets staying at home on the sofa. Otherwise, you shouldn't worry about your IC plan; you'll get almost nothing. People really deserving promotion are not empowered, they give their resignation relatively quickly.
