Founder/CEO was likely too inexperienced to successfully fundraise and may have lacked receptivity to feedback and guidance that could have resulted in better outcomes for the business.

Decent pay, production model is unique.

Burnout occurs at an alarmingly high rate due to the chronic (and intentional) understaffing. Staff turnover is extremely high across all rolls at all clinics - so far, many of those that have quit (or have been fired) leave the veterinary field all together after working here. Job security is zero - be prepared to either work yourself into the ground (and be happy about it) or be fired for not aligning with one of the “core values”. Leadership lacks professionalism and experience big time - there’s a lot of gaslighting that goes on so be wary… Look out for YOU and watch your back.
