Burnout occurs at an alarmingly high rate due to the chronic (and intentional) understaffing. Staff turnover is extremely high across all rolls at all clinics - so far, many of those that have quit (or have been fired) leave the veterinary field all together after working here. Job security is zero - be prepared to either work yourself into the ground (and be happy about it) or be fired for not aligning with one of the “core values”.
