The non-managerial staff is absolutely incredible. The team is cutting edge, incredibly intelligent and capable of exploring cutting-edge technology.

The leadership has complete autonomy in all facets with little transparency or communication to the direction or state of the company. So, even with the great team under management - there is no strategic vision so most efforts made by the team are seemingly useless and reactive.
