Run - Account Receivable Specialist Gaia Software Employee Review

I have been working at Gaia for almost three years now and since the time I came on board we have added more than 10 new employees and are continuing to fill new seats on an almost monthly basis. It is very exciting to be a part of a company with so much growth potential. We also just had our annual company Christmas party, and I truly love being part of such a close-knit group of people all working toward a common goal. It really is like we're family.

Really the only downside that I can think of is that we have so many ideas that we are working on, I just wish there were more hours in the day so we could get there faster!

Nothing about this place has Pros.

One Star is to many for this place.... The owner Bruce is the biggest narcissistic person I have ever worked for,I am not sure why he hires women he screams at them, tries the scare tactic a typical bully and only towards women. His company also breaks HIPPA everyday. If you are thinking about working for this company go work at a gas station you will be treated better. PROMISE you that!!!! Bruce you should be completely ashamed of yourself... NO WONDER WHY YOUR SON HATES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With all the HIPPA violation coming your way you won't have a business anymore. OH and most of all his facilities that he does billing for are ALL trying to find a way to get out of his contracts too. But if you are a women from the facility he will also YELL at them too. Just Please Be smarter and take the reviews as a warning DON'T show up for the interview..
