The Owners, COO, HR, and sales department all have their head in the clouds. A typical day consisted of being filled in on the latest workplace gossip, while performing multiple tasks. Anyone can be asked to do anything at anytime by the higher ups, and they WILL ask it of you and hold it against you if you don't go along. In my time there, I saw HR request people leave glowing reviews here on glassdoor, which should tell you everything you need to know. Their turnover rate is atrocious as well, in part due to the things listed above. Don't come here if you're looking for a career. This is a learn and burn, at best.
