-A lot of favoritism and exclusivity within leadership. -Average benefits. Could do better. -Some of the leadership team likes to remind everyone they are friends with the C Suite or other c-levels but are largely ineffective in their roles. -Cut-throat atmosphere and a hatchet mentality when it comes to firing people, especially new people that are ramping up.
