      Employee need to be PRO active. Self Learning is important in this company. Yearly company outing. Employees are friendly and good to work with others. Smart working is appreciated. US Based company. Company is focusing in TELE-COMMUNICATION domain

      Cons

      No Proper HR management. Lot of suck ups in management. Only one higher person decides who gets hike or promotions. No proper senior guidance in company

      Suitable for fresher or beginners

      Cons

      No Work ethics . No support from HR. No proper pay or settlement. No consideration for employee in critical situations. They reduce our number of days in experience letter working without any reason. They give many false promises by word to get work from you. They wont pay last two month salary while relieving.
