Poor Working Culture, Employees Treated as slaves, Crook CEO, Worst place to work - Software Developer Gaboli Employee Review

Totally agree with the previous review. First of all want to say something about CEO Very true person,awesome mentor .If you show interest, ask questions and are dedicated to do your best -you will be rewarded -as said by my friend. Company provides good environment to learn and grow and above all FAR AWAY FROM POLITICS.Hope will remain same. Gaboli is a place for people who are extremely knowledge driven,hardworking. If you are not able to cope up with the challenging environment you will have problems - not just Gaboli but anywhere (may be not in tcs,infosys or any other brand where you can hide your faults and rest on benches. [not for all cases but some exceptional ones])

Not suitable place for People who dont want to do anything except complaining about nameplates,cafeterias and stipends..if you are not capable of getting higher than a stipend then why to blame management for this..fact is you short of mind or may be same as Embarrassed cat who scratches a pillar.

Not Even one. The last review as you can see, was written by the CEO of the company. And he calls himself a great mentor and a true person. Now, if a CEO of a company comes down to write all this, about himself Then you can pretty well judge about the company he is running.

Poor Working Conditions. Zero Hike Nothing to learn. No Growing Opportunities. They lie about their clients on their website. Microsoft and Honeywell can never work with such Crooks. Poor projects. To all freshers: If you plan to join Gaboli, i would suggest you to immediately drop the idea of going their and getting tortured. Donot ruin your careers by working with such people.
