If you are okay with a typical call center inbound calls coming in and metrics you have to reach than go for it. Pretty much a job I guess and you can make about 75k a year you have to work sum weekends they offer benefits seems like a lot can improve been in insurance 4 years now and this place a typical call center most agents don’t make it past 6 months to a year high Turnover
