      Pros

      I worked for the company for just under 2 years. I came from discount retail so I enjoy the work. I had a great staff that made work fun.

      Cons

      No real allocation. Warehouse always has freight. Floor is over full. Merchandising changes almost weekly. Corporate dictates changes without real world view. No support system if you are in a challenging store.
