Upper management/management/leadership seem to not have a clue as to what they're doing. This place is in a continual state of confusion because of the lack of communication despite having umpteen ways to communicate with each other. Favoritism, nepotism runt rampant here. Always claiming to be "one team" blah blah blah, but one department out of the three does NOT get the quarterly GXO bonus because it's "not in the contract". People that are hard workers, always there, always helping, seem to get the most hassle, but the people who AREN'T all of the above get to skate through unscathed and even acknowledged as "employee of the month". Any perks that we used to have have been taken away. Any items that are asked for that don't make sense to management because they sit in cushy offices (someone asked for a fly swatter due to the excessive amount of flies in the warehouse) are met with sarcasm and snarkiness.
