Nothing I could think of > May be freshers can consider starting their career here as there will be limited options for them.

> Panel for chennai location are not technically strong. Will hire senior resource with one technical round and fire them anytime. > Panel not clear on what skills to look for in a candidate and how to validate the candidate before absorbing to the company. > No proper notice or benefits paid. > Salary not always paid on time. Some times it is delayed by a week and it happens occasionally. > One man show in chennai office. Highly manipulative manager (Not technically sound. code fixes introduce more bugs). > company strength in chennai location is around 25 to 30 people with most of the resources being freshers. (Seniors pls refrain from joining here.)

No cons as such but improvement is always required
