Pros

Gvec is great over all; very timely services.

Cons

Customer service managers give a lot of wrong information that makes it hard for new hires to keep up. If you bring it to their attention they call their boss who will just let you go instead trying to work on the issue.

Pros

I can confidently say this is the best job I’ve ever had. I’m fortunate to work alongside an incredible team of honest, hardworking people who continually challenge me to grow both personally and professionally. Every day, I strive to make a positive impact by providing exceptional customer service and helping our members find the right solutions to bring their goals to life whether they’re building a home for their family or opening a new business. Knowing that I play a small part in those milestones is incredibly rewarding. I genuinely look forward to coming to work each morning, and I can honestly say I now understand what people mean when they say they love what they do. I’m grateful to be part of a company whose values, people, and mission make every day meaningful.

Pros

The CEO truly is amazing, great pay and benefits. Most areas have awesome managers and leadership. There are definitely high expectations, but when moving at a fast pace, that is expected.

Cons

I would shy away from any role under Customer Relations. If you are in their circle, you are treated well. Get on the outs with them and you are marked. They preach seeing people as people, but you are really a vehicle just getting them where they need to be. While HR will respond with a comment like “I’m sorry this was your experience. This is not the environment we strive for.” It is also a reoccurring experience for many in these departments and they choose to do nothing about it.
