None. I had a great time working there for the short time I did.

Small means decent flexibility in hours they want you to work. Everyone gets to know every one else really well. Also with no customer store front, professionalism is it's an employee shop.

Decent flexibility means there are no real job descriptions. You can expect to do anything and everything at anytime. CEO has no off hours why do you just because he isn't paying you? Loads of "New" NEC stock going out the door after new stock was exhausted 8 years ago. Cut down to a 5 person skeleton crew that "if we can do it for 6 months we'll be okay."
