The CEO, he will make your life miserable. He doesn’t know how to manage a company and he doesn’t even think an employee as a valuable asset. He will tell you something good about the company and him during an interview, however, he doesn’t keep his word if you start to work for the company. We are all supposed to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but he makes his own schedule and expects to you follow his schedule. For example, one day he came to office around 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm and he stayed at his office around 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm, then we were supposed to stay at our office like him even if we started the day from 8:00 am. His hobby is watching us through surveillance cameras from his office and his home day and night even weekend no employee presence at the office. He will call you or general manager right away if you are not seen at the office. His management style is micro, so he will interfere what you are doing. Do expect no work-life balance if you decide to work for this company. This company is not worth it for your valuable every second, minute and hour!
