Don't be fooled by "Yearly Workplace Awards". With some of the highest attrition rates in the local market, you will always have enough very new people who will rate the company high enough to win this award, coupled with enough senior level, overpaid, loyalty bought folks that can skew the results. There are a large number of managers and above that are paid way above market average to remain loyal to 4th floor. For job seekers, follow the canned reply from the HR folks "sorry to hear about your experience and we are an employer of choice" and see the lack of any changes...basically, the last 7+ years of feedback is consistent and it's not good. Go a step further and try to find negative reviews on their social sites...they don't exist because the information is squelched and never seen by the public, employees or the board.
