Pros
Uses state-of-the-art technology to deliver high quality products. Good coordination and support between departments through sharing of equipment and information. Employees are also given a lot of opportunity to learn and lateral job switching is encouraged and promoted.
Cons
Some initiatives were implemented and enforced without sufficient feedback from employees. Welfare benefits are a bit lacking with the limited pantry, canteen and commute options.
