Feels great working with some of the best brains in the business,Strong emphasis on employee health, resilience and diversity ( now) , A university in inself - gives one huge amount of oppurtunities to develop one's skills,global perspectives & insights
Cons
Very bureaucratic, outstanding performance with moderate pay, need to be connected and be in good books, very less transparency and low empowerment; star talent not nurtured , constant transofrmation & restructuring leading to job insecurity .
