Pros
Knowledge sharing is easy and good with the software systems in use, so is international collaboration. UK style corporate culture which is refreshing compared to most pharma companies from US which are a bit dry.
Cons
Based in Singapore, collaboration with UK and US means working during their working hours which is often out of hours in SG. Basically no consideration given to the times of meetings in SG by the other parties, and the local expectation is that they are attended. Can impact work life balance.
