Okay starter job - Anonymous employee GSI Insurance Employee Review

Met some very nice people. Social events were always great fun.

Very little training given, and very little monitoring of performance, but senior management very quick to place blame when issues arise. Toxic work environment. Some departments micromanaged, some seemed to have no management at all. Salary only competitive at entry level.

Friendly working enviroment, with opportunities to progress. Chartered institure of insurance 'Cert Cii' quilification course paid for and salary increase on completion given after passing probation. Enjoyable place to work

Only office based, no working from home
