Pros
Govt job is the only pro i can think of as of now.
Cons
1) No career growth. 2) As compared to other state jobs, salary is not as good. No public holidays, locations are the worst. 3) Everything in the system is so obsolete, that your life will be 10yrs behind the rest of the world.
