Pros

GSCF employees are multinational and fun colleagues to work with. There is a very good employee spirit between all teams. GSCF's new management is open to receiving feedback and I feel able to voice my opinion as an employee and that my views will be considered. There are increasing opportunities for collaboration with the wider group and this brings opportunities for growth and to learn from colleagues with different backgrounds and experience. Being part of an international group also means we can benefit from different working cultures (e.g. hybrid working / part time options) and employee benefits (e.g. international exchange program).

Cons

The company has been through a change of management and, to a broad extent, culture, becoming part of an international group. With such changes, and in particular integration into a wider group, there will always be ups and downs, and GSCF seems committed to creating opportunities out of these changes.

Pros

If you're someone who can work (and we are talking 9-5 rarely outside of hours), than this is the place for you.

Cons

There is still dead weight

Pros

Work life balance is pretty good

Cons

Management: Leadership is shockingly incompetent. Decisions are made without foresight, accountability, or any real understanding of the business. Culture: The organization feels completely soulless. Employees are treated as disposable, not as people. Direction: There is no clear vision or strategy. The company lurches from one failed initiative to another, creating a constant “sinking ship” atmosphere. Reorganizations: Endless internal reshuffling has become the norm. Teams are restructured so often that no one has time to build momentum before the next shake-up. Overall: This is a toxic, unstable environment run by leaders who are out of their depth. The best advice I can give is simple: STAY FAR AWAY.
