      Pros

      GROW AI has hands on the BEST culture I've ever been part of. Warm, welcoming & supportive team from every division in the business. You're working with very smart people and a group of high performers. And most importantly, they have an amazing product that actually makes a huge impact to every business we work with, and a fulfillment team that actually cares. It's rare to find that in companies. It makes it easy for me as an account executive to have full conviction when I speak with potential clients.

      Cons

      Timezone for me since the company is based in the US. But that's no reflection of the company.

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal at GROW AI, super collaborative and the founder is refreshing hands on, and really knows how to motivate and take care of the team. The compensation is market leading and all sales opportunities are highly qualified with a great sales process and structure behind it. I have never worked on an offer with such high show rates, fearless investments in growth and an attitude of “client obsessed” as much as GROW AI. This is a dream role for any sales professional. Senior management is a clear extension of the founder and perpetuates the company values and ethics. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for a new role.
