You work all over the place. Most of the Forman’s are really helpful. They are all about safety. Willing to work with new hires

They pay is low for the miles you travel. No overtime pay. No perdim. Man hours and quotas. No everyone is treated equal.

Local projects, small company with a lot of responsibilities.

Management was not proactive in getting more work. There was little advancement unless you kissed up to the boss. Upper management treated the employees making the profit as lower class.
