Pros

I get paid 2x a month

Cons

Suppose to be “green” with carbon emissions for clients, but make employees drive into the TOXIC office every day. No pay raises in over four years. Meanwhile the CEO is buying expensive cars and building huge home. But somehow we’re all supposed to be “family “

Pros

great and unique benefits, wonderful work culture where people genuinely care about each other, fun and open atmosphere, opportunities for growth

Cons

there's always the chance of getting burnt out, but Green actually encourages employees to use their time off which is nice - I've never had any issues taking sick or vacation time.

Pros

free insurance that’s really it

Cons

This company is great if you have experience in freight forwarding but if you are just starting out be prepared to work 9+ hours daily. The workload is way too much for one person and don’t expect anyone to help you. Nobody wants to be asked for help and most of the employees don’t even do their job
