Management around the company is not good.

One thing I appreciate about working here is that there is some openness during project discussions. Even as a relatively new employee, I was able to share small suggestions regarding report formatting and data presentation, and a few of them were actually taken forward. It creates a sense that your input is not ignored, even if you are not in a senior position.
