Environment was laid back, there was no micromanaging. Pto time was generous.

The pay was extremely low for the amount of work put on you. The company never did anything for the employees. Holidays for patients were funded by employees that are barely making it. This is a money making business, they do not want people to get better. I know this is not what Dr. T wanted for gateway.
