Great Place to work - Software Engineer GRAVITEE Employee Review

I've been in this role for just over a year, and I love how the fast-paced environment keeps me on my toes—there's never a dull moment. The focus on clear communication really makes a difference, too. Plus, the benefits are great, from a solid professional development allowance to really generous PTO (there's more too, but these are my top two). One of my favorite parts is the effort to get the teams together and our shoutout culture, where we regularly give props to each other props for achievements and support. It makes working with a global team feel more connected.

The only drawback is the local office location, which moved about 30 minutes further than where it was when I first started.
