As good as the technology is, upper management is beyond horrible. The greed, narcissism and nepotism is unlike anything you can imagine. A few example of the management team's expertise: A) the ELT (executive leadership team) has finished bottom of the barrel in team rankings twice in the last three years, and it would be 3 in a row but HR won't release last year's survey results. To make matters worse, HR instituted "manager development" to teach us all a lesson, but of course the ELT did not attend the sessions B) Google "Grail pending lawsuits/litigation" and you'll see ELT members prominently mentioned C) Check out the VP's at Grail, who have had no people management experience in their careers, but suddenly are now 2 and 3rd line leaders, without training. Imagine working for those folks......
