leadership that lacks foresight and basic qualifications for the job, micromanagement. Managers are hired with no experience or schooling to run teams. The company demanded to know where I was despite the position was remote and disclosure of the geo location was not articulated in any company policies. HR does not have expertise even in the matter of taxation and deductions. It took me 2 months to get what I was owed after the separation. I had to send a note from the government labor law related website to get my money
