Lots of great artists and technical teams that keeps the quality of work top Noch.
Cons
Small growth prospects. Since the bankruptcy announcement even though company has been repurchased the overall morale has stayed low and doesn't improve. People have been affected mentally but none sees this as a problem. Limited VFX shows over the past year has created further reductions in teams.
