Pros

Cons
This is the worst job I've ever had simply for two reasons: Mark & Jabez. The owners (both at times unprofessional and inappropriate) have no idea how to treat their employees. They hide under the guise of "Look at how cool we are! We drink beer on Fridays! Unlimited vacation!" What a joke. They only hire kids right out of college who don't know any better about what their work-life balance should be. They are way underpaid for the amount of work and crap they have to put up with. Oh, and you better fit into their clique and drink the cool aid. If you don't totally live and breathe everything GNGF, you're not going to fit in - and they have no problem making that perfectly clear. The owners have such an air of superiority about them you can't even believe it until you see it for yourself. If you want to enjoy your life, make a decent wage, and not stay in the office late every single night while your arrogant leadership tries to brainwash you into thinking your employment there is God's gift to you, do yourself a favor and don't even THINK about applying to work here. Not to mention, everything is just such a facade with these guys. If you need proof, just look at the two previous positive reviews they got on here - both 5 stars from current employees with a response from Mark. Give me a break. There's 10 people on the team. It's painfully obvious to anyone with a brain that their employees were asked to leave reviews so Mark could respond and make the company look better. Interns seem to love it there, probably because they only have to tolerate it for a few months. Don't be fooled by the reviews - any former full-time employees who have worked there for more than a year will all tell you the same thing: Run.
