I'm lucky to work for a company that enjoys a good reputation. When I reach out, people usually know who I represent and what to expect from a potential business partnership. This means conversations are easier and my chances of success stronger. Managers generally trust me to manage my accounts and schedule. The freedom I have allows me to organize my work in a way that boosts my efficiency and productivity.

There’s limited room to move up. People tend to stay here, so spots rarely open.

The coworkers are the only thing that was good during my time with the company.

Management. The ceo is constantly picking on and screaming at sales reps. For some reason he thinks it’s okay. Constrictive criticism is one thing, but screaming is another. The manager doesn’t do much- all he does it listen to calls, he doesn’t help with any issues. The manager is the puppet to the ceo. Their management team can’t be trusted and a lot of the people you work with get close because everyone agrees how awful they are.
