      Complessità tecnica del prodotto industriale . Opportunità di esprimere le proprie capacità individuali .

      Cons

      Gestione artigianale di tutti gli aspetti , piu' che una azienda sembra una piccola bottega artigianale . Scarsissime possibilità di crescita individuale e professionale , zero corsi di formazione , bassissime paghe a parità di comparazione esterna per funzione e ruolo .
