It’s very hard to switch positions in the company, which leads to high turnover rates. The pay is low, and management and People Ops are non-responsive and not supportive. Also stay farrrrrrrrrrr away from the Housing Department and financial management . These are the most unorganized, inefficient departments that honestly has too many roles and supervisors with too much time on their hands. There is an extremely high turnover rate in the Housing Dept. It is a mess, and most supervisors lack the necessary education qualifications or leadership skills.
