Pros
Lower level management are nice and undeestandinf. They don't expect perfection and are happy to help however they can for you to improve. They do expect you to know how to do your job and will hold you accountable.
Cons
They are not a very open or diverse company. This year thus finally included orientation as a protected status. They do not recognize transgendered.
