      Home office, relatively low workload

      Cons

      Not a very serious company. Unfriendly work environment, some employees are mean and lie, as if they were unhappy. Not the type of company you feel proud to work for : formerly Hildebrando + Grupo Carso is not precisely a best employer combination, this is reflected on the fake payroll plan and employee-only benefits, cost saving-driven policy, etc.

      * No Strong Leadership * Guidance, thought process is led from office in Mexico City, MX and they don't have a strong grasp of American corporate culture. * Quick to blame others for management's misguidance Company's leadership in contention with sister company's management at Claro Enterprise Solutions
