While the company has many positive qualities, such as a president who is kind and approachable, his primary presence at the factory in South Carolina limits his accessibility for employees based elsewhere. This distance can create challenges in communication and decision-making for teams outside of that location.
Cons
My experience was unfortunately impacted by unprofessional management practices. The sales management team often exhibited toxic behaviors, including yelling and using inappropriate language in the office. This created a stressful and unproductive work environment, which detracted from an otherwise positive company culture.
