      Pros

      On the whole very nice colleagues. They care about service users at all levels and reach out to support staff that are struggling. Very inclusive.

      Cons

      Poor pay, even for the third sector. Very demanding case loads and high stress/high staff turnover.

      Excellent induction training, friendly staff and lots of commitment to the work and young people they support.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great but it’s better than other OWL partners.

      Making a difference to young people and families in the local area. Good T&C including a company hospital scheme; great values and a diverse team.

      Cons

      Some roles involve unsociable hours.
