      - GIFs are fun - free lunch - cool office space - dogs allowed

      Cons

      - CEO does all hands talking about going out of business and running out of money - none of the executives like each other (new vs. old) - very cliquey - too many meetings - lack of experience from department leads but in the post they because of legacy relationships - new vs. old employee issues

      *Weird culture to navigate if you're a newcomer *Company strategy is effectively a single ad product that no one wants *Baffling leadership decisions, including elevating leaders with multiple complaints + record of sloppy work *Low morale *If you need your competitor's API to go kaput to survive as a company...
