Pros
They try to appeal to a younger employee base by selling some cool, relevant culture that actually does not exist.
Cons
Micromanagement is a huge problem. They don't trust their tenured employees let alone new hires. Training is non existent. It feels like a good old boys club with management. No possibility of growth within certain media groups.
